Pasta, pizza, tapas- Eating Abroad!

The best ravioli I have ever eaten in my life was in Italy. Bologna to be exact, the birthplace of lasagna. One of the best parts of studying abroad is how you can try and eat foods from their country of origin! Tapas in Spain, Durems in Turkey, and of course pasta in Italy.

Even though it seems that saving money while abroad might mean cutting back on food, it could also mean cutting back on cultural experience. So live life and eat. It was one of my favorite things to experience when I was abroad. Eating is just as a much part of a culture as it is a budget saver. Italians take their food extra serious. So here’s a few pictures of deliciousness in Morocco, pizza in Rome, and a durem in Istanbul. ImageImage
